I am a Data Encoder.

As a Data Encoder for three years, I have gained extensive experience in this field, not only in data encoding but also in office administration. My responsibilities included preparing and sorting files, encoding data into the system, reviewing data for accuracy before inputting it into the system, maintaining data records, and ensuring all information is accurately recorded. I also handled tasks such as updating and editing data in case of value changes, both reductions and increases, performing data backups to secure records, synchronizing the system to update data entries, closing and securing the back end of the system, and obtaining records such as hard copies of net sales. Additionally, I ensured the proper functioning of computers, troubleshooting them if they didn't work, identifying and addressing system-related problems, and collaborating with system providers to resolve issues. I was also responsible for computing product costs and suggested retail prices, calculating collections for payees, and creating labels, price tags, and product designs.

As an SMM (Social Media Manager) and currently employed as a part-timer in this role, the goal is to achieve the weekly quota. We need to reach out daily so that we can secure clients every day. It is a good experience for newcomers and those new to freelancing because it is not a complicated job; the script is provided, and you only need to understand the client and gather the client's details for bookings. This job requires a keen attention to detail because we need to input their information accurately into the system. Moreover, this job is not just about reaching out to clients; we also handle bookings. In my experience, I have done a great job as I consistently booked one to five clients per week.

My experience in web design is not based on job experience since I haven't worked in this field. I gained experience in web design during my college days, acquiring knowledge and certificates while studying Information Technology and conducting online research. Creativity and adaptability to trends are my strengths. I am a responsible and resourceful individual, which is key to completing tasks on time.

I would say that my proficiency in logo design is not that of an expert since I am new to freelancing, and I haven't been able to get a project before. I know how to create logos using Canva and various editing apps and websites like Photopea. I am creative in any design you may need, and my approach depends on the theme and the client's preferences.
