- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting
process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting
software (e.g.,
QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Google sheets, ect.)
- Cleaning up messy books and making records intact
- Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely
manner.
- Manage payroll and tax payments accurately and record incoming and
outgoing
transactions and post them to the right accounts
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare Financial Reports through data collection, analysis, and
summarization.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other relevant stakeholders to
ensure
accurate and timely exchange of financial information.
