Profile Description

I maintain an updated vendors and customers list for easy tracking. Also, monitor the inventory of products and services of the business making sure that everything is being replenished. I make sure to prepare accurate sales invoices, purchase orders, as well as categorizing transactions. I ensure that receivables and payables are settled on time. I conduct weekly bank and credit card statements reconciliation. I can also assist in preparing and filing sales tax returns. And lastly, perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes and prepare financial reports.
