I worked before in various company as a bookkeeper, mostly my task includes establishing different accounts, maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying, and reconciling entries to balance subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance for the accountants, and assisting in financial activities such as running payroll and generating invoices.

• I answer telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner from healthcare providers about their patients’ health insurance queries. • Assists clinics, referring doctors, facilities, other insurance companies, and patients/responsible parties with general questions like members' benefits. • Investigate claims submitted by the provider or research explanation of benefits (EOBs) and/or denials in the imaging system in order to assist providers with their claims. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
