SETTING UP OR MAINTAINING XERO OR QBO FILES INCLUDING:
- Complete initial set up tasks
- Customized chart of accounts
- Set up bank accounts and credit cards
- Upload historical transactions from bank data
- Assist with set up of any bank feeds as possible
- Manage business contacts
- Manage customer quotes and invoices
- Manage supplier bills

DAILY BOOKKEEPING INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Record cash receipts or income from bank deposits
- Record cash disbursements or expenses from bank transactions
- Record interbank transfers
- Record any manual or adjusting entries
- Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards

- Creating bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, quotations
