- Manage EDI connections and onboard customers using ShipSage for order processing and fulfillment
- Handle transactions such as 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice), and others
- Conduct EDI testing, support UAT, troubleshoot mapping and data issues, and collaborate with customer support and technical teams

Order and Inventory Management:
- Support end-to-end B2B/B2C order flow through WMS and EDI systems
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely order fulfillment

Tech-Savvy Approach:
- Strong understanding of full-stack web architectures and large-scale codebases
