Profile Description

I am a real estate virtual assistant for 3 years now. I used to handle guest communications (Phone & Emails) via platforms, mostly booking, com, and Airbnb. From equiries, check-in/check-out process, cleaning/maintenance arrangement, damage claims, and all reservations-related tasks. I also help my clients on the back end supporting operations and admins. Property listing/updating is also part of my expertise. I can help with the onboarding process and maintaining listings, ensuring it is up to date as needed.
