Profile Description

First of all, I am a Xero Certified Advisor which makes me competent to handle the software. 

Secondly, I am Filipino Certified Public Accountant who has the educational merits and over 19 years of experience, currently looking for a part-time job and would consider for a full time job in the future. My actual experience include but is not limited to the following;

• Handle all activities related to full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting, including creating journal entries, posting and maintaining the general ledger accounts, and reconciling and correcting inaccuracies as necessary.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and its supporting documents/attachments.
• Approve all  requests for financial payments and disbursement if found proper and correct.
• Perform and monitor the daily cash position reports of various bank accounts and coordinate bank payments. 
• Manage and coordinate monthly tax schedules, returns and information.
• Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate the findings and memorandum of the Resident Auditor, provide answers and bases on the financial transaction under questions to avoid disallowances and suspensions. 

One more thing, I know basic Spanish words and would love to learn more of the language if given the chance. 

I am definitely willing to undergo trainings if necessary to get acquainted with the company culture and background.
