I offer Virtual Assistance to clients to help them maximize time for their business by providing Bookkeeping and Accounting Services.

I have 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and a year of experience of being a Virtual Assistant. Some of the tools I use are Xero, Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Asana and Paypal/ Stripe.

Below are some of the services I usually do:
1. Bank reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
2. Recording of daily income and expenses
3. Journal entry for transactions that don’t auto-feed
4. Ensuring that all payables and receivables are correctly recorded
5. Daily checking of customer's payments and emails
6. Expenditures tracking
7. Providing of significant adjustments
8. Monthly Financial Reporting: Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Month-end Comparison
