Hi! I'm Upgrade to see actual info and I'm a recent Psychology graduate with ample experience in the customer service department and social media management. More specifically, I've had six months of experience and training in retail. My previous role as a Customer Service Representative gave me the opportunity to hone communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and practicing empathy. I was assigned to handle inbound calls, provide customer solutions, and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Moreover, this role complements my social media management experience in terms of client communication and resolving concerns. In that regard, I am proficient in online tools, and can easily learn and adapt to new environment. I am very much willing to foster new skills and gain more knowledge!
