I worked in the BPO industry for more than 8 years. I worked with Telstra as a Technical Support for more than 2 years and a half, handled troubleshooting steps for the customers that use ADSL, Cable, Wireless internet and Broadband connections. I was skilled as a chat support agent with handling 2 to 3 chat windows at the same time. I worked with a huge mobile company as well that handles phone issues for customers in Australia over the phone and through chat support as well, I worked with them for 2 years as well. Handled clients for US accounts like AT&T and Staples. I have basic knowledge in activations, handling billing issues, disputes and explanations of the customer's bill that give me more knowledge in the Customer Service field.
I am looking for a full time homebased job right now and I am very happy to join your company so I can share my skills and knowledge that I have. I have a computer that have enough specs to do the tasks, space work, and wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and a back up connection if needed.
