Call me Chris. I have been working in the BPO industry for 7 years now. Working with onecompany for the past 6 years with a premium account helped me grow as an individual.I can work with different wonderful personalities and prove how a player of a team I am. Career-wise, I am so thankful to AT&T for giving me a lot of opportunities. From Customer Service,Technical Support, Billing & Sales, made my career grow without moving from one company tothe other.Because of this, I have learned a lot. I learn to have discipline in my work ethic, Adaptive to afast-paced environment, Communicating with thousands of customers which enhanced mycommunication skills.I also learn to manage my goals, numbers & KPIs.I developed an optimistic attitude. A team player, Trainable, Hard working, Innovative, and DecisionMaker, Friendly, and most confident.During this pandemic, I dUpgrade to see actual info to start working from home. I find it more practical as I can savetime, and money and focus on my work-life balance.This may be my first time working as a Virtual Assistant but it doesn't mean I am new to callhandling, selling, and meeting KPIs and this will not affect my upcoming KPIs as I am very muchcapable of meeting my KPIs.I am hoping to be a part of your team and hopefully, my skill set can contribute a lot to yourcompany
I am also Skilled with Adobe Photoshop, where I edit photos and design my own logos and illustrations and freehand drawings and effects. Certified via training course Took up training in Canva for a more enhanced level of design
