I am currently working as a Turnover Coordinator for a property management company. Some of my tasks include creating and assigning work orders to multiple vendors based on the inspection report provided by our inspector, creating and submitting estimates, and communicating with owners, on-site managers, and property managers. I am also in charge of transferring utilities from tenants moving out to the owner's name/company, as well as handling minor accounts payable tasks and administrative tasks. Prior to that, I have been a Labor Supervisor for 2 years in a construction company here in the Philippines. Prior to that, I was a purchase officer of the same company for 3 years. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service and a keen eye to details, which helps me to identify my own weaknesses and how to overcome it. I am also experienced in working as a Maintenance Coordinator for a Repair and Maintenance Company in the US. I handle a couple of technician specifically in the state of Indiana, Tennessee, Illinois and Oklahoma. I train in TESDA and got my NC lll certificate in bookkeeping, as well as joining a webinar related to accounting. It hasn't been a year since I started this but I am gaining more and more knowledge as a bookkeeper as a progress further from these career. The skills I gain from previous roles helped me in enhancing myself as a bookkeeper. As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the task that I will be assigned to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient. In case you would require me to learn a specific program for the job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, since most of the programs I know currently has mostly been self thought. I can assure that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the basics.
