• I’m an organized, dedicated and hardworking customer service representative providing world class customer service for the past 8 years. I have had vast knowledge and experiences both in a telecommunication and travel industries with experience in using SABRE GDS reservation system.
• I do inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer’s concerns or issues are resolved. I value more on first call resolution, thus I see to it I provided exceptional customer service to every client I deal with.
• I mentor and coach new trainees to be well prepared once they are officially endorsed in the production floor to take incoming/outgoing calls.
• I have an outstanding active listening skills and pays attention to details.
• Currently, I’m a public secondary school teacher focused on creating a positive environment for students to learn and grow as better individuals in the future.
• At the same time, I’m the records –in-charge who keeps track and ensures all school records/forms are finished and submitted on time.
• I used to be a student writer way back highschool days and still have the passion to write if given the opportunity.
• I have the ability to communicate and work well with parents, faculty
and students.
