-  Recording of all transaction on Quickbooks Online/ Xero (billings,
   payments and expenses)
-  Records online banking - deposits& withdrawals
-  Recording of transaction ( Auto Fill, CSV, & Copy features)
-  Update bank feeds, Bank & Credit Card reconciliation
-  Invoicing
-  Tune up/Troubleshooting of accounts
-  Inventory tracking
-  Summary of Account Receivables
-  Account Payable Aging Summary
-  Preparation of financial statements report - Balance Sheet Statement,
    Statement of Profit & Loss, Statements of Cash Flow
-  Manual Accounting and Bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel
-  I'm adept in Microsoft Excel, can easily use spreadsheet in preparation of              Financial and Accounting Reports -Trial Balance, Balance Sheets, 
    P & L Statements, Statement of Cash Flow and other reports

As Finance Officer, some responsibilities are:
-  Maintain accounting records -like Journal , Ledgers, Book of Account           Receivables , Book of Disbursement and other accounting records.
-  Prepare forms for government remittances and pay to SSS, HDMF,
   Philhealth, etc.
-  Check, verify, and process invoices
-  Prepare Voucher, Checks and payments for signature
-  Prepare the month end reporting procedures,
-  Prepare  payroll
-  Track and audit petty cash fund
