Profile Description

I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer with 7+ years of experience developing industrial products and material-handling systems from concept through manufacturing. I focus on turning ideas into practical, production-ready designs that balance strength, safety, cost efficiency, and ease of fabrication.

My expertise is centered on SolidWorks-based 3D modeling, structural and mechanical analysis, and design for manufacturing (DFM/DFA). Beyond modeling, I produce complete engineering deliverables including detailed fabrication and assembly drawings, GD&T and tolerancing, weld and sheet-metal documentation, bills of materials, and full production release packages that comply with industry standards such as AS 1100. I also create photorealistic renders and visual assets to support client presentations and product approvals.

I’m comfortable working across the entire product lifecycle — collaborating with fabrication teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are not only functional but efficient to build and ready for real-world use.
