- Auditing all  financial transactions to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentations.
- Set up a company's information in Account & Settings of Quickbooks Online / Xero accounting software.
- Set up the  Chart of Accounts
- Reviewed, verified and recorded bills/invoices in Xero and in Quickbooks Online
- Managed the preparation of invoices/billings and sent to owners/clients.
- Prepared Journal entries in Quickbooks Online and in xero
- Used BUILDERTREND (Construction Project Management Software & App) -  Entered invoices/bills in Buildertrend per property; Entered the Budget (Exhibit E) and allowances (Exhibit C) in Buildertrend per property and prepared other reports as requested.
- Processed and reconciled electronic payments to vendors
- Managed all credit card transactions - Delta and Gold Accounts of American Express
- Organized all bills and  invoices in Google Drive.
-  Prepared Business Occupation Tax (renewal) for Johns Creek
- Prepared 1099 Miscellaneous Report.
- Prepared Construction Contract/Agreement Between Owner and Contractor for Residential New Build Work.
- Communicated to owners/clients, architects and engineers and to the City of Houston with regards to permitting and other transactions in the construction operation.
- Communicated to the subcontractor  daily to update Daily Logs in Builderetrend. 
- Participate in a weekly and monthly  construction meeting to improve construction operations and discuss any issues that needs to be resolved.

Completed Masterclass on Australian Bookkeeping, Payroll and Taxation with Xero.
XERO Advisor Certified & XERO Payroll Certified.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online, BUILDERTREND (Construction Project Management Software & App), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive and One Drive.
