So, check it out – I've been all over the job map during my time in the BPO scene for a solid 6 years. Started off rockin' the role of a Technical Support Rep for ATT Uverse and Comcast, handling all that techie stuff. Then, I did a stint as a Fraud Analyst for a US-based bank, keepin' things legit.Recently, I switched lanes and became a Documentation Specialist at a healthcare insurance company. Basically, I made sure all those policy documents were on point and that the perks for the policyholders were good to go. Plus, I went through those records with a fine-tooth comb to make sure everything was on the up and up with the rules and our internal quality checks.But hold up, that ain't all! On the side, I went freelance mode as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, Account Manager, and even did some bookkeeping action for a Solar company out in Melbourne, Upgrade to see actual info was a small gig, so I was wearing all sorts of hats and kickin' it with the boss. Think email campaigns, calendar wrangling, talking to leads, and even throwing down on ZOHO CRM for deal-making. I was the go-to for sorting out orders, dealing with clients, and making sure the money game was tight by handling invoices, purchase orders, and all that jazz.Oh, and the tool game? I'm not messin' around. I've got Google Admin and Microsoft Office in my back pocket, alongside ZOHO CRM, Zendesk, XERO, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Dropbox, Canva, Slack – you name it, I've probably rocked it. So, yeah, I've been around the block and learned a whole bunch along the way!
