I worked as a Sales Account Manager for 7 years. I'm in-charge of our clients account (Lease / Sale) from the beginning to the end of transaction: Property inspection up to move-in (rent) to property turnover (sale). I also arrange important documents like Contracts (sale and lease), receipts, and property titles. I also operate our database listings: Updating and adding new properties thru cold calling. I also do some admin works like answering emails and phone calls.
