As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant
- Create engaging and detailed property descriptions and marketing images that
highlight key features of the properties- Conducted comparable analysis through Zillow and
provide support- Utilize existing and quickly learn new CRM systems- Operate Launch Control to acquire more seller leads efficiently- Acquire publicly available property information- Acquire vacant land lists from different counties- Perform various admin tasks such as but not limited to, setting up mail list to
property owners, setting up all records of properties prospect for acquisition,
researching owner’s annual and back taxes
