Yardi Application Specialist

Position Summary:
Pinnacle is seeking a Yardi Application Specialist to support and maintain the company’s largest financial application, Yardi Voyager & 3rd party applications that are currently in place. We are looking for candidates that are driven and love solving problems. The Yardi Application Specialist will work with the Yardi administrator and IT team to support and administer the Yardi application platform.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the daily administration and general support of Yardi applications
• Develop and implement new methodologies to improve overall business operations and functionality (i.e. replace existing manual processes with automated methods)
• Provide full support in reporting needs related to annual audits and outside vendor requests
• Help in maintaining and possible developing custom reports and solutions requested by staff and executives.

Skills Wanted:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage several projects at once and prioritize where necessary.
• In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software especially Excel is required.
• Understanding of database architectures
• SQL scripting: (T-SQL, Triggers & Procures a plus)
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel VBA Macros
• Familiarity in reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports & Access
• Knowledgeable in Real Estate or Property management is a plus.
• Experience Yardi property management software is a plus.
