JOB OVERVIEW

Thanks for looking, I have purchased the multi-currency XERO system and imported some bank accounts into it what I need is two people, I need somebody that is an accountant, and also need somebody that is just a general XERO bookkeeper.
The accountant should know the answers to my questions will have a meeting and I will ask you about what I should do about making an s corp I will ask you about the penalties that I might pay for lodging my 2020 free tax so late I don't ask you general questions to do with my future plans. It will be a lot of ongoing work and I really hope to find someone that can have a long relationship with me that he's mutually beneficial!
The bookkeeper yeah I love you to have had experience in the usa and I need prayer for that I would really need some references because it's sensitive information but the main thing that you'll do at the moment is you'll be just reconciling about 8 months of three different bank accounts in XERO, there will be a lot of work for the right person ongoing I have many businesses in australia and in the usa here

Below here is a letter that I've sent out previously to local accountants.
I am reaching out to inquire about your availability and expertise to assist my wife and me in filing our taxes for the current fiscal year. For context, we recently migrated from Australia to North Carolina on July 5, 2023. We both got our green cards as permanent residents before we arrived in the state. I am an Australian Citizen, and my wife is a Korean Citizen.

I am a contractor at Upwork. If you're not familiar with Upwork, it is an online marketplace for freelancers. They have had me fill out a 1099-K. Recent expenses are buying stuff for my new home office and also the ongoing expenses of running this office like the portion of rent and power utilities (dedicated room) that it consumes. As for my wife, she is a nurse who has had tax withheld and has a form from her employer stating her earnings and tax withholding. For this period the last 6 months of last year we had about $60,000 of combined income.

I would also like to set things up in the best possible way on an ongoing basis, and that probably means getting an LLC going. But not yet. The first thing is to get up to date with our taxes. We are not initially seeking a consultation meeting. First of all, we would just like a rough estimate on the hours required and the costs involved.

We would like to move fast on this and once we select an accountant, we will be able to on our end prepare any list of documents/information that you require.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and to working together to navigate the tax filing process smoothly.
