We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Lead for our Tech and Web Development Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in WordPress, Shopify, and Wix platforms, along with strong leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire a diverse team of developers.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the tech and web development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Manage the development and maintenance of websites using WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
- Ensure the team's work aligns with the company's goals and clients' needs.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions to enhance website functionality, user experience, and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including design, marketing, and content, to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct reviews, provide feedback, and mentor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to foster their professional growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality web development projects, meeting all specified deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.

Requirements

- Proven experience in leading web development teams.
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable and experienced in client-facing roles, able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Having SEO knowledge and experience is a big plus
