Web Developer for sales funnel

Hello,

I am looking for someone with web development experience to help me build a mailing list.

Please do not respond to this gig if you have no experience.

I need an expert with skills in:
- creating high converting landing pages
- creating sales funnels
- email marketing campaigns

I need a landing page.
- most of the traffic will be coming from my You Tube channel. The channel is aimed generally at Australian borrowers. The problem is that with the channel, different videos will have different audiennces which can mean that I am losing engagement with subscribers.

I plan to capture the attention of the audience by filtering them into a mailing list specifically aimed at what they originally subscribed for in the first instance.

For example, for this landing page, I will target first home buyers.

- I have created a video that should be seen first.
- Next to the video I requires a basic sign up form. The form needs to be linked to a mailchimp list which I have already created. I have a zapier account if that helps.
- i also have writtencopy for it. I am also open to suggestions on the copy and layout.
- my business is a mortgage broker based in Australia and the target market is first home buyers.
- have some reviews saved
- have some FAQ's relevant to first home buyers
- It needs link to my calendly.
