Virtual Assistant / Sales Associate

Job description
**Make sure you read ALL description** You will be a key member of the WinningFitness sales team, operating from the WinningFitness Instagram to send outbound messages, follow up, and build relationships with leads, all with the primary focus of booking sales calls. There will be a basic salary with commission incentives.

Daily Tasks:

Achieving a certain KPI of outbound messages to new followers
Following up with previous leads, failed sales calls, and individuals with a call booking link
Learning how to nurture leads and build trust
Completing daily KPI tracking sheets
Maintaining a communicative relationship with the entire sales team
Hitting targets & KPIS
Sending daily schedule & end of day reports
Candidate Skills & Qualities Required:

Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal
Strong communication skills
A baseline understanding of health and fitness (not mandatory but would be helpful)
Previous sales experience would be advantageous
An ability to be adaptable and think strategically
Patience and calm demeanor
Self-motivated and driven
High standards in the quality of work
Excellent customer service skills
Time management and productivity qualities
You must have a good internet connection and be willing to work in a different time zone consistently. Working hours will be agreed upon during the later stages of the interview.
