Virtual Assistant Rockstar - Go High Level and eCommerce

**Job Description:**

'Your Ecomm Strategist' is looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in Go High Level (GHL) and a strong background in eCommerce. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Shopify, Wix, and WordPress in conjunction with GHL to support our clients' online business needs. This role requires expertise in onboarding, funnel creation, automations, and providing technical support, as well as managing and optimizing eCommerce store listings.

Responsibilities:

**Onboarding Assistance:** Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new users on the Go High Level platform, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system.

**Funnel Creation/Maintenance:
Design and implement effective marketing and sales funnels tailored to the specific needs of eCommerce businesses, leveraging GHL.

**Automation Setup:** Develop and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

**Technical Support:** Provide prompt and reliable technical support, troubleshooting issues related to both Go High Level and integrated eCommerce platforms.

**E-commerce Management:** Assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of online store listings on platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and WordPress, ensuring they work seamlessly with GHL.

**Communication:** Deliver clear and professional communication in English, maintaining a high level of service with clients and team members.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience with Go High Level, especially in onboarding, funnel creation, and automation set up.
??BONUS- Strong eCommerce experience, particularly with Shopify, Wix, and WordPress-Woo Commerce, and how they integrate with Go High Level.
- Exceptional technical skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Immediate availability to start and contribute meaningfully from day one with a 90 day evaluation period. Looking for 20 hrs/wk
