Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence, including product preparation, posting, and monitoring on various digital platforms and marketplaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling inquiries and providing comprehensive support to clients throughout their watch-buying, trading, consigning, and other related services.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare, post, and effectively manage luxury watch products across diverse digital platforms and marketplaces.

-Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing to maximize customer interest and engagement.

-Monitor online inventory levels, promptly updating listings and availability as necessary.

-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.

-Assist clients in their journey through the entire watch service process, including purchasing, trading, consigning, and other related transactions.

-Maintain excellent customer relationships, offering personalized support and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a consistent customer experience.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market competition to provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.

-Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.


Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Customer Service, e-commerce and marketplace channels management, luxury retail, or related fields
is preferred.

-An interest in luxury watches and its market.

-Proficiency in using various digital platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce tools, and photo editing tools. (WordPress, Facebook,

Marketplace, Carousell, Adobe Lightroom).

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

-Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and listings.

-Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.

-Flexibility and adaptability to embrace evolving technologies, processes, and market trends.
