Virtual Assistant Needed for Social Media Management for Creators

About the Role
We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and grow social media accounts for a select group of OF creators. The role involves implementing strategic methods to drive traffic and increase visibility across Twitter, Reddit, and Instagram, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.

If you have experience in using automation tools, can manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and are comfortable working with sensitive and explicit content, this position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

Twitter: Use automation tools to engage with highly targeted accounts, posting real-time comments on relevant tweets with fresh images to drive traffic.
Reddit: Post in niche subreddits to promote creators, manage audience engagement, and handle subreddit-specific promotions to maximize visibility.
Instagram: Execute growth techniques to expand reach and followers for creator accounts, utilizing strategies such as the Mother/Child method.

Task Coordination
Follow and update detailed weekly schedules in Asana, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
Coordinate tasks with the team and maintain seamless communication with creators for content updates or additional requests.

Content and Traffic Optimization
Work with pre-approved content to schedule posts across platforms for maximum impact.
Request additional content from creators professionally and as needed.
Develop creative ways to attract followers and convert traffic into paying subscribers for the creators’ OF accounts.

Reporting & Analysis
Track account performance and deliver weekly updates on follower growth, engagement rates, and content performance.
Optimize strategies based on data to continuously improve results.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, particularly for driving traffic to OF or similar platforms.
Advanced knowledge of automation tools like SuSocial or similar for efficient scaling and engagement.
Expertise in Reddit, Twitter, and Instagram, including targeted engagement strategies and posting techniques.
Ability to manage up to 10 creator accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and explicit content.
Strong English skills for clear communication with creators and the team.
