VA With American Accent and AI Experience Wanted

We are looking for a RELIABLE Virtual Assistant for our Home Care Agency.

The person we are looking for must meet the following qualifications:

1. Can work from 12:00PM to 6:00PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday.
2. Fluent in speaking English with an EXCELLENT AMERICAN ACCENT.
3. Must have 1 year experience talking to American clients.
4. Must have Data Entry experience and pays very close attention to detail.
5. Must be a fast learner. Training will be provided, but there are a lot of moving parts to this position, so being a fast learner is crucial.
6. Must have a bubbly and energetic personality.
7. Must be able to complete multiple tasks without frustration or confusion.
8. Must have outside experiences that can help the company grow such as AI, etc.

Some of the tasks that the Virtual Assistant will be handling are as follows:
1. Answering our clients' questions and concerns on the phone and email.
2. Entering our clients and leads' information into our database.
3. Checking and verifying documents, making sure files are accurate.
4. Posting job ads on Indeed and scheduling interviews.
5. General administrative tasks.
