Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service through various channels
2. Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilize Shopify and Gorgias/Zendesk/Tidio to manage and track customer interactions and orders.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proven experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar role, preferably for US-based DTC brands.
3. Previous work experiences using Shopify and Gorgias/Zendesk/Tidio
4. Candidate has to appear in a testlify test -
