Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) for Property and Digital Product Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our serviced accommodation business and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will manage Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms, communicate effectively with guests, handle email correspondence, and create and manage digital products. This role also involves social media content creation and other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Serviced Accommodation Management:

Manage bookings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other serviced accommodation platforms.
Monitor reservations, calendar availability, and guest inquiries.
Liaise with guests to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and address queries promptly.

Email
Communication:

Send and respond to emails professionally and efficiently.
Follow up with guests, clients, and vendors as needed.
Guest Relations:

Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Address guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Digital Product Creation and Management:

Use Canva to design and create digital products (e.g., templates, guides, and promotional materials).
List digital products on Etsy and manage online store operations.
Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote products and services.
Administrative Support:

Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Maintain accurate records and organize files and documents.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, uplisting etc.).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with Etsy.
Experience in social media content creation and scheduling.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in the serviced accommodation or property management industry.
Familiarity with social media marketing tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of customer service best practices.
