URGENT NEED - Video Editor - short form and long form

Urgent need
Create 5 short/long form videos a week that are trending, enticing and captivating short form videos weekly, 45-60 seconds in length, each week, that can be used across multiple social media platforms
*Ability to earn $300 within the 1st week of being hired to eliminate backlog.


TECHNICAL SKILLS:
* Edit raw video footage to produce multiple short-form videos for use across multiple platforms primarily including TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Stories.
* Incorporate captivating and trending captions, graphics, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
* Ability to improve audio quality, while selecting and adding music from TikTok that complements the video content, is on trend and adheres to platform royalty free guidelines.
* Proficiency in Premiere Pro to create style graphics, to eliminate um’s and ah’s in audio, and to zoom, pan, and include quick cuts.
* Experience in Premiere Pro and Color Grading for high-quality color grading that elevates the overall content.
* Incorporate subtitles and branding, ensuring all final files are complete and well-organized.
* Familiarity with DALL-E or similar AI image generation tools as needed
* ability to remove TikTok logo after upload to use on other platforms

EXPERIENCE:
* Strong professional portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills.
* Proven track record of viral content in portfolio a plus.
* Quick learning ability and teamwork skills.
* Knowing how to create the story with raw content.
* Expertise in maintaining professional quality with rapid output and quick turnaround.
* Strong proficiency in English for effective team communication.
* Passion for storytelling and creativity
* Deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
* Work autonomously with minimal guidance, understanding the brand’s vision and audience.
* Access to a reliable internet connection and a capable computer to handle video editing software.

* Content topics you will be editing relate to travel and consumer products.
* Immediate need is to start with short term content but there is a future need for long form content editing for YouTube and thumbnail development.
