Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Expert Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing landing pages, websites and other web and mobile interfaces. This role could include new designs or modifying existing ones in platforms like High-level sites, WordPress websites or Adobe/Figma designs.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
-Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences using Figma or other design software's.
-Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Collaboration
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, to translate requirements into design solutions.
-Ensure consistency in visual style and design language across platforms.

Creative Development
-Create visually compelling designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and goals.
-Use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.) for advanced graphics, illustrations, animations, and marketing collateral.
-Use of Figma for UI/UX design work.
-Modify existing website and landing page designs with High-level or WordPress

Design Systems
-Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency.
-Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for all devices.

Quality Assurance
-Perform design reviews to ensure adherence to project goals and quality standards.

Innovation
-Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
-Introduce innovative ideas and tools to improve workflows and product design.

Requirements
Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.

-Technical Proficiency: Full access to and expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, etc.) and Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
-Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
-User-Centric: Experience with user research, usability testing, and applying user feedback to improve designs.
-Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail in crafting pixel-perfect designs.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
-Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
