Job Description
As a Transaction Coordinator at Surge Capital, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth execution of real estate transactions and upholding a consistently high standard of service. This role demands a heightened level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple transactions concurrently. While having real estate experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We seek an enthusiastic and methodical professional with outstanding communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Meticulously manage and coordinate real estate transactions from inception to completion. This includes ensuring all documentation is accurate and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Sales Team Support: Collaborate with our sales team to facilitate the smooth promotion of properties and streamline processes. Act as a reliable link in the chain to ensure our clients have a top-tier experience.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and organize transaction documentation while ensuring compliance with all legal and industry regulations.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including postcards, brochures, and digital content. Actively manage our social media presence and assist with posting listings, reviews, and brand promotion.
- Client Satisfaction: Actively seek and follow up on client reviews to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Develop and nurture lasting client relationships.

Qualifications
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of your role, working both independently and collaboratively within the team.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in various technologies and software used for transaction management, marketing, and communication.
- Real Estate Experience: While not mandatory, real estate experience and a valid Real Estate License are preferred. A background in real estate or related fields is a valuable asset.
- Goal-driven: Display an outgoing and goal-driven personality, with a strong motivation to achieve results and deliver excellence.
- Availability: Be accessible during working hours to clients and the Broker, ensuring a responsive and reliable point of contact.
- Customer Service Skills: Anticipate the needs, wants, and goals of both our agents and clients, delivering a superior level of "concierge" customer service.
- Brand Ambassador: Dedication to enhancing our brand and a strong understanding of its importance in the industry.
- Initiative: Possess a "go-getter, get-it-done" attitude and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures and adapt to changes in the dynamic real estate market.
