Support/Sales Phone Representative for Software Company

We are looking for a support/sales representative who is available full time 40 hours a week and must be available during USA time. Our business hours are 9 AM - 5 PM Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday.

This job entails being online waiting for support/sales calls to come in and answering them in a timely manner. You will be supporting customers who have already purchased from us and need assistance installing their newly purchased software which we will provide you training on how to that if you do not already know.

There will also be sales calls that you will have to answer as well and help customer with any questions regarding the software and or helping them complete their purchase by walking them through the steps on our website or sending them a quote/checkout link on our website.
