Job Description:
As the Store Manager for our webshop, you will be responsible for the overall quality and optimization of our product offerings. You have a keen eye for detail and know how to present products in a way that appeals to and converts our customers. You work directly and independently, taking the initiative to elevate the webshop to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research: Conduct thorough quality checks and research to select the best products for our webshop
- Product Pages: Create and optimize high-quality product pages that drive conversions
- Ad Campaigns: Prepare and launch effective advertising campaigns
- Growth and Rewards: You will be co-responsible for the growth of the webshop, and as it grows, so will your rewards

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on webshops
- Experience in product research and presentation
- Proven experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns
- A proactive and independent work approach
- Full-time availability and always reachable
- Willingness to undergo a trial phase to assess long-term collaboration potential
