Software Developer

Software developer needed to configure a CRM system and basic web development.

OBJECTIVE:
Multifaceted position to help configure a CRM package called HighLevel. This person does not need to know HighLevel but needs to be bright enough to figure it out. You will work with the owner to develop and configure this application to help in the marketing and tracking of leads for this real estate investment firm. Web development skills a major plus. This person can work on weekends but need to work part of the time during United States working hours Eastern Time. You can work anytime between 9:30AM to 7:30PM, Sunday thru Saturday. Quality is one of the most important aspects for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creative self-starter who is very comfortable taking the initiative and being able to independently solve problems.
• Must have strong analytic skills
• The ideal candidate will need to work independently the majority of the time
• *Must* have a "Can Do Attitude"
• Development programs in Python or other tools for screen scrapping a plus
• Unit and System testing
• Train on the systems developed
• Process flows and the ability to understand them is important



JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Attention to detail
• Must have strong command of the English language
• Candidates may work from home as the role will be 100% remote. However, management will require in-person meetings weekly in the office or at a community gathering spot.
• Attend weekly status conference calls with a clear plan
• The ability to meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of full stack development and Object-Oriented development a plus
• A desire to learn and share your knowledge
• Proficient in Python, Open Stack, SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases a plus
• Knowledge of MS Access
• Good research skills
• Strong Analytic ability
• Detail-oriented but highly organized to handle multi-tasks timely
• Collaborate well with teams, but possess the initiative and professionalism to learn and work independently
• Need your own laptop and software to perform your job.
