About Us:
Flow is a startup SaaS company looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media strategy to new heights.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with proven experience in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and managing engaging content, particularly in video formats for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Additionally, they must possess expertise in graphic design, with experience using Canva, and a comprehensive understanding of creating and managing effective social media ads on platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms.
• Create compelling video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Design eye-catching graphics using Canva and other design tools to support social media posts and campaigns.
• Plan, create, and manage social media ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
• Structure and organize ad campaigns within ad accounts for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize best practices for targeting and posting ads to reach the desired audience.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Report key metrics related to social media performance and ad campaigns.
• Innovate and establish processes for content creation and social media management where none currently exist.
• Generate effective campaigns that align with marketing goals and target audience.
• Work independently and proactively, taking initiative to generate content without micromanagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Flow remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, specifically within the SaaS industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video content creation for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar software.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, creating, and managing social media ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• In-depth knowledge of ad account structuring, targeting best practices, and ad posting strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to report key metrics and performance indicators related to social media and ad campaigns.
• Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to work independently and innovate processes.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
