Position Overview:
Join our team as an assistant for a fun pet brand. You'll gain experience in ecommerce and learn from a social media expert while supporting our growing brand. We are seeking to hire someone enthusiastic about learning and advancing. Initial Tasks:
Ecommerce Support: Assist with Shopify and Amazon tasks, such as research, SEO etc. Google shopping knowledge is a huge plus.
SEO Research: Conduct SEO strategy research.
Update Amazon listings using flat files.
Use AI tools under the direction of the CEO. Modify AI writing to ensure content quality and success.
Graphic Creation: Create graphics using Canva; Photoshop experience is a bonus.
Influencer Research: Research and organize lists of social influencers and brand ambassadors.
Affiliate Program: Help manage affiliate marketing efforts.
Note Taking: Take detailed notes on content and instructions. Help create SOPs that are formatted well with images and instruction.
Daily Reporting: Send a daily report of completed tasks on work days.
Future Projects:
As we collaborate, additional ecommerce tasks will be assigned, including Amazon operations, ecommerce operations, marketing projects, affiliate management, and more.

Willing to accept instruction and corrections with a good attitude and dedication to improve.
Willing to problem solve and troubleshoot independently.
Extremely detailed oriented and able to receive new instructions.
Enthusiastic about learning new skills and careful to review SOPs to ensure accuracy when completing tasks.
Accurate. Never careless about completing work with errors.
Experience with social media planning, Google Workspace, web research, communication apps, and project management software.
Shopify and Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus.
Work Conditions:
Full-time with mostly flexible hours, primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work.
Real-time communication during evening PST hours, a few hours a day.
Vacation and sick leave after a 90-day probation period.
Knowledge of Filipino holidays is a plus; we honor most, including the 13th-month pay.
We will start with a short, paid test project to ensure we work well together. Then, a part time arrangement will be discussed. With good performance, a full time arrangement will be available.
