We are seeking a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer who will take the lead in designing our website, landing pages, mobile app, and web-based applications. Your primary focus will be to create an intuitive, conversion-optimized, and highly usable interface, particularly catering to elder men. You’ll ensure that our digital products not only look great but are also easy to navigate, making a real difference in the lives of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of website UI/UX, ensuring a seamless user flow that drives conversions.
Design landing pages that are both visually compelling and optimized for lead generation.
Develop user-friendly mobile and web-based applications with a focus on elder men’s usability.
Utilize Figma for design work, Replo for landing page building, and Miro for planning and collaboration.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine your designs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using Slack and Google Meet for communication.
Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, bringing fresh ideas that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Figma, with experience in Replo and Miro being significant bonuses.
Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, especially for conversion optimization and usability.
Ability to design for a demographic that includes elder men, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.
Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating via Slack and Google Meet.
Self-motivated, proactive, and continuously striving for improvement.
Strong research skills with the ability to independently identify and implement design improvements.
