We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer or Architect to support both our go-to-market strategy and our network of Salesforce professionals. In this role, you will provide technical expertise, solve complex Salesforce issues, and engage with Salesforce users on forums to expand our reach.

Time requirement

7am - 4pm Philppine Time (1 hour lunch) - First Position
2am - 11am Philippine Time (1 hour lunch) - Second Position
Monday - Friday USA Time
13th Month Included
USA Holiday Schedule

Responsibilities

- Handle complex technical queries from Salesforce users, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Provide real-time support through AdminNow and solve advanced Salesforce issues.
- Build custom solutions within Salesforce as needed for AdminNow’s clients.
- Support engagement on forums and through personal LinkedIn profile, maintaining consistent, high-quality responses to build trust with users.
- Submit daily reporting on key metrics of our engagement with customers.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Developer II, Architect certs, etc.).
- Expert knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to solve complex Salesforce technical problems.
- Experience with Salesforce Trailblazer and engagement within the community.
- Ability to manage technical support requests in real time while contributing to our go-to-market plan.
- Comfortable with outreach and engaging potential customers on LinkedIn.

Compensation

112,000 PHP per Month
