As a Senior Retention Data Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for all things data. You will audit, maintain, and enhance our existing dashboards using Sigma, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information provided. Your SQL expertise will be essential in crafting queries that drive recurring reporting and troubleshooting complex data issues. In addition, you’ll support ad-hoc reporting requests and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure our data strategies align with business objectives.

Salary Range: PHP 100,000 - 120,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role / Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Management: Audit, maintain, and enhance existing dashboards using Sigma to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- SQL Expertise: Write advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data for regular reporting and to address specific business questions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot SQL tables to identify and resolve issues affecting downstream reporting, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Data Stewardship: Become the subject matter expert on our database structure, enabling efficient ad-hoc reporting and data access.
- Data Operations: Perform data entry, investigation, quality assurance, and manipulation tasks, including sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, and de-duping.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key data sets to support decision-making across the organization.
- Report Development: Create, validate, and troubleshoot new reports as needed, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guides to document processes and ensure consistent practices.

The Requirements:
- SQL Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL at an advanced level.
- Dashboarding Proficiency: 3+ years of experience working with Sigma or similar tools like Looker, with a strong ability to design and maintain dashboards.
- Analytical Ace: Proven track record of analyzing and reporting on large sets of marketing data from various sources, driving actionable insights to enhance customer retention strategies.
- Retention Data Expertise: Experience working with retention data and terms, such as email, push, and SMS, to fine-tune retention strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with analytics and business intelligence teams to drive data initiatives.
- Tech/App Environment: Experience in a technology-driven or app-centric environment, such as Grab, Food Panda, etc.
- Communicator: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Behavioral Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and prompt in completing deliverables.
- Time-Zone Friendly: Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
