Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is integral in supporting our sales program while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager to enhance and develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and act as a key support resource in our existing customer service efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Development:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify opportunities for improving and expanding the sales program.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
- Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate customer data and sales activity.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to close sales and upsell products/services.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for new initiatives and strategies.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
- Manage customer orders, including processing, tracking, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Use the title “Awesome Sales and Customer Service Rep”
- Handle exchanges, warranty claims, and product returns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic construction or measuring is a plus, along with familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, management, or sales is preferred but not required. A passion for outdoor furniture or home decor is a bonus!
Schedule:
- 8am to 5pm CST (non-negotiable)
Education:
- Must be a College Graduate
Experience:
- 2 years (or more) experienced in Customer Service
