Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing initial outreach to both prospective candidates and clients. Your main tasks will include identifying suitable candidates and clients within our niche, screening interviews, organizing tasks, generating leads, and setting appointments. You'll also work with our team to develop effective systems and processes, showing initiative and creativity in finding new ways to engage with potential leads.
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential candidates and clients on LinkedIn
• Build and maintain lists of qualified prospects
• Identify and assess prospects to ensure they fit our criteria
• Use LinkedIn,
• Work with the team to improve outreach strategies
• Analyze and report on outreach effectiveness
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Provide regular updates on lead generation activities
• Keep accurate records of all communications
• Help develop and improve lead generation processes
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
• Assist with business development initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
• Ability to work North American hours (900 am – 600 pm EST or 1100 am – 800 pm EST)
• Proficient with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of our target market
• Analytical skills to assess outreach effectiveness
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to work independently and remotely
• Proficient with tools like Calendly, Loxo, Office 365, and CRM systems
• Familiar with recruitment sourcing techniques
• Creative thinker with innovative ideas
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
