Job Summary: As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet our company’s hiring needs. In addition as a general VA you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling various tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing data entry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Use various recruiting platforms and techniques to identify and attract top talent across the globe.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on candidate status.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for tea

Data Entry and Management: Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Task Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as needed.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
Process Creation and Improvement: The ability to learn and follow exiting processes. Additionally improving and creating new processes.
Qualifications:
English: Proficiency in both verbal and written English is required.
Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter. Specifically for VA’s.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with recruiting software and social media platforms.
Technical: Proficient in learning and using new systems and applications.
Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
