Job Title: Recruiter / Trainer / Operations Associate (Remote)
Company: Taylor Robinson Music
Location: Remote (9am to 5pm CST)
Commitment: Full Time (40hrs per week dedicated)
Compensation: $8-$16 USD per hour negotiable (depending on experience and expertise in the field)

Job Description:

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Recruiter/Trainer/Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This remote position is responsible for finding, managing, and training international talent for a variety of roles within the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting and training BPO talent from around the world, particularly from regions such as the Philippines, Singapore, Southern Asia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ireland, Ukraine, and North, Central, and South America. Roles that we will be recruiting and training for will include positions in sales, marketing, customer service, and executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit International Talent: Source, screen, recruit, and onboard high-quality candidates for various roles within Taylor Robinson Music, particularly BPO professionals.
Training & Development: Onboard, train, and manage international and local hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their roles.
SOP Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for various departments to ensure seamless operations. Experience in Notion and Google Drive is preferred.
Operations Support: Step into an operational role as needed to support day-to-day business functions and help streamline processes.
Cultural & Linguistic Adaptation: Ensure that new recruits are culturally aligned with the company’s values and demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

Recruiting Experience: Proven track record of recruiting and training BPO talent from a variety of regions, including the Philippines, Singapore, Southern Asia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ireland, Ukraine, and Central and South America.
English Proficiency: C2 level proficiency in English is required. Impeccable written and spoken English skills are essential. An American accent is highly desirable.
Training Skills: Strong experience in training international teams and implementing training programs.
Operational Experience: Ability to step into operational roles when needed and support business processes effectively.
SOP Expertise: Experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing SOPs to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working remotely in a fast-paced, global environment.
