Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Virtual Assistant with wholesaling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing purchase contracts for undervalued properties, and then assigning these contracts to buyers for a profit. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market analysis abilities, and a strong network of sellers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential wholesale properties.
• Negotiate purchase contracts with property sellers.
• Build and maintain a network of real estate investors and buyers.
• Market properties to potential buyers and assign contracts.
• Coordinate the closing process between sellers and buyers.

MUST have at least 1+ year experience

Time zone: Pacific
Pay range: $6/hr but can be negotiable depending on your performance
