The Inside Sales Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls and will be the first point of contact between homeowners. You will pitch the companies various service offerings to potential customers with the goal of scheduling time with them and a licensed real estate agent. You will be expected to maintain a personal database of leads and share customer learnings to help us better service customers with superior offline and online experiences.
This is a Full-Time, remote role that will report to the Inside Sales Manager. The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Sunday. Wednesday through Friday, the hours are 8:30-5:30 (EST) Local Time, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00-6:00 pm Local Time (EST).
Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers via phone,
Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
1-2 years' experience in a sales role, customer service role or in the real estate industry (preferred, not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (good with follow up)
A strong sales mindset and drive to deliver results
Exceptional cross-functional teamwork and organization skills
SalesForce experience a must!
