Quality Control Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the end-to-end management of real estate media projects. In this role, you will ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards before reaching clients. Your responsibilities will include managing media deliveries, coordinating projects, and maintaining excellent client communication. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate media or a related field, strong organizational skills, and a talent for optimizing workflows.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in real estate media or a related field.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Excellent client management skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and provide top-tier client support.
• Experience in project coordination and management, including handling project workflows.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools like Monday, Tonomo, and RelaHQ, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of floor plans, with the capability to make corrections as needed.
• Experience with Matterport and floor plan editing is an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
