AllCloud VA is seeking an experienced and multi-talented Prospecting Coordinator/VA to work with one of our clients based in Indiana. This client is a top realtor in the state and a top player in the real estate scene.

Part Time (20 hour week) team member who is seeking long term employment.

Duties:
-Prospecting for leads via Social Media, Emails, Phone Calls and other channels
-Data collaboration and data entry (sourcing prospects/leads)
-Craft compelling, personalized messages to initiate conversations and build relationships with prospects
-Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently identifying and qualifying leads
-Collaborate with the team to transition qualified leads and opportunities smoothly
-CRM Management (lead and data management)
-Social Media Management: create, post and engage audiences in social media channels
-Calendar Management
-Other Admin duties as needed



Requirements:
-Real estate industry experience is required, high-level prospecting and administrative assistant background is highly preferred. Experience in management/supervisory roles are a big plus!
-High Level of Proficiency in English Speaking and Writing - near native levels preferred
-Proficiency in speaking Spanish is a big plus!
-Critical thinker and Problem Solver: able to recommend process changes or improvements and, more importantly, implement those improvements. When you run across a challenge, you aren't afraid to take the steps to solve it. Even better: You like coming up with new efficiencies!
-Detail-oriented: This is a must. You must like checklists, like to create them, follow them, and take precautions to cross the T's and dot the I's.
-Multi-tasking/Organized: able to handle several tasks at once and complete them all in a timely manner
-Flexible: able to handle changing priorities for tasks, set aside one task, pick up another, and return to complete the original
-Adaptable: For the most part, there will be regular, consistent hours Monday through Friday. However, Real Estate never sleeps, so there may be times when your assistance is needed after working hours.
-High Level Computer Literacy: This means that you are proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and, Google Docs, Gmail, you catch on to new technology quickly, you are self-directed, and know how to get things done.
-A Team Player: In this line of business, fun and friendly is a must. You should enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive group. Finds fulfillment from helping others shine in the spotlight.




Your home office requirements:
- 1 primary computer (at least Core i5 processor)
- 1 backup computer (at least Core i3 processor)
- Primary internet service with at least 10 mbps speed
- Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed
- Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) in case of power/internet outage
-Other contingency plans in place to ensure business continuity with minor interruptions


Compensation and Work Schedule:
- Wage/Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability.
- Pay semimonthly through Wise (formerly Transferwise).
- Pay increases based on performance.
- Bonus plan to be developed based on goals.
-13th month pay (1st year prorated).
- US, EST work hours
